Ionic Rare Earths (ASX: IXR) proposes $100m Missouri recycling JV with USSM
Ionic Rare Earths has signed a term sheet for a 50:50 United States magnet-recycling joint venture with US Strategic Metals. The initial facilities contemplate US$100 million of funding, with USSM providing US$95 million and Ionic's proposed direct equity contribution representing only about US$2.5 million, although definitive agreements have not yet been signed.
