Lululemon Athletica Inc. is reorganising its senior leadership around two newly created positions as Chief Executive Officer Heidi O'Neill attempts to revive product relevance and restore growth. Maggie Gauger will become President and Chief Product Officer while Joseph Godsey joins as Chief Operating Officer, with two existing executives leaving in November. The restructuring goes well beyond appointments because Lululemon is simultaneously searching for new brand, communications, technology and strategy chiefs.
