Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited

Roche Holding AG has expanded its partnership with Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group through a multibillion-dollar antibody-drug conjugate licensing agreement. The deal includes $400 million upfront, $110 million after the first year and potentially more than $15 billion in development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments.
