Blueprint 2030

Cleanaway Waste Management has signed a binding scheme implementation deed with EQT Infrastructure for an acquisition valued at approximately A$9.3 billion, with a possible fully franked special dividend and a March 2027 completion target, subject to regulatory, shareholder and court approvals.
