Suzlon Group, India’s leading renewable energy solutions provider, today announced a significant order win for the development of a 100.8 MW wind power project. This project, catering to a leading global utility company, marks a substantial stride in the renewable energy sector in India. Located in Gujarat, the project will feature 32 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower, each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW.
Advanced Technology for Sustainable Power
Suzlon will execute the project, encompassing the supply, supervision, and commissioning of the wind turbines. Following the commissioning, the company will also manage the operation and maintenance services. The Suzlon 3 MW series turbines, particularly the 3.15 MW model, represent the latest evolution in technology, customized for the Indian wind regime. These turbines are among the largest in the country today, demonstrating Suzlon’s commitment to technological innovation in harnessing wind energy.
