St. Peter’s Spirits launches Green Monké THC soda in Canada

Canadian craft drink maker St. Peter’s Spirits has launched Green Monké, a low-dose tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) sparkling tropical soda, as an alternative to alcohol across Canada.

Green Monké, which is claimed to be a popular CBD beverage in the UK, is infused with 3mg THC and 6mg cannabidiol (CBD) per can.

The THC soda is now available in Ontario at the Ontario Cannabis Store and select dispensaries in 350ml with a pack of half-a-dozen costing CAD 6.25. It has been launched in a couple of tropical flavors — Orange Passionfruit and Mango Guava.

Green Monké is vegan and gluten-free and is said to contain just five grams of sugar and 25 calories per can.
