SPATCO Energy Solutions acquires Blue1 Energy Equipment to enhance DEF product range

In a significant move within the petroleum and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) sectors, SPATCO Energy Solutions (“SPATCO”) has completed the acquisition of Blue1 Energy Equipment (“Blue1”). This strategic acquisition positions SPATCO as a dominant player in the market, combining its innovative solutions with Blue1’s robust manufacturing capabilities. The deal was finalised with Blue1, a prominent manufacturer of DEF storage and dispensing equipment, based in Greenville, South Carolina.

The acquisition brings together SPATCO’s extensive experience in infrastructure services for petroleum fueling, DEF, and electric vehicle (EV) markets with Blue1’s specialised DEF equipment. The merger is set to offer a comprehensive suite of products and services tailored to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
