Sona Comstar partners with NASSCOM to boost digital skills of employees

Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited (Sona Comstar), an Indian automotive technology firm, is collaborating together with FutureSkills Prime – a MeitY-NASSCOM digital skilling initiative that will upskill its employees/workforce with cutting-edge digital technologies using industry-relevant and government-approved curriculum based courses.

FutureSkills Prime is a public-private partnership between the Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and Indian National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) to build an ecosystem of digital skills for the citizens of India.

The aim of the initiative is to see that professionals and graduates are reskilled/upskilled in new technologies and professional skills to help make India the world’s leading digital talent hub in the next few years.

Sona Comstar said that it plans to upskill its employees so that they are prepared to take on the digital revolution across a variety of functional areas.
