Smart & Final to open expanded warehouse store in Hanford, California
Smart & Final, a US grocery warehouse store chain, is set to open an expanded store in Hanford, California to offer customers a wider selection of household and club-sized products.
The new 35,000sft Smart & Final Extra! store, which will open on 29 January at at 552 N. 11th Ave., will be nearly three times the original store.
Smart & Final said that the old store, located at 880 E W Lacey Blvd., will close on 28 January.
The new grocery warehouse store in Hanford will be opened daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The new Smart & Final store will sell meats, fresh and organic produce, frozen and packaged grocery items and also household and personal care products. The expanded store will have a bulk department that will house scoopable grains, coffee, nuts and others, a produce section, and ready-to-eat oven-roasted chickens.
The Smart & Final Extra! store in Hanford will offer 60 new jobs.
