SIAM Cement BigBloc Construction Technologies Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Gujarat-based BigBloc Construction Ltd and Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG), is nearing the completion of its first manufacturing plant in Kapadvanj, Gujarat. This facility, one of India’s most advanced logistics centers for AAC Blocks and ALC panels, is set to commence commercial operations in the next 3-4 months under the brand name ‘ZMART BUILD’.

The joint venture, with BigBloc Construction holding 52% and SCG 48%, marks SCG Group’s first investment in India. The new facility represents a total investment of Rs. 65 crore and is expected to generate annual revenues of Rs. 100-125 crore at full capacity.
