SecureSpace Self Storage has announced the launch of a new self-storage facility, SecureSpace Langhorne, strategically situated about 20 miles northeast of downtown Philadelphia.
The Class-A facility is positioned at 300 Woodbourne Road in Langhorne, PA, a high-visibility location passed by over 20,000 cars daily. Notably, it shares access with a CarMax and a Sam’s Club. The new establishment is nestled in Bucks County, recognized as the third wealthiest among Pennsylvania‘s 67 counties, with a median household income of $105,000 within a three-mile radius of the property.
The three-story SecureSpace Langhorne features all climate-controlled units. It boasts a modern lobby in the leasing office, replete with free Wi-Fi and a variety of supplies available for purchase, such as locks and boxes. In addition, the facility’s friendly staff stands ready to assist with all storage needs.
Aligning with SecureSpace’s standards, the new location is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, monitored both by in-store personnel and an offsite security team to ensure optimum safety.
