This deal, funded through Seaport Capital Partners VI, a $240 million private equity fund, marks Seaport’s sixth investment in the fund. Cyberlink, based in Dallas, Texas, is a prominent managed service provider (MSP) specializing in fully-outsourced IT management services for SMB and enterprise customers.
