Seaport Capital acquires CyberlinkASP from Staple Street Capital


New York-based private equity firm, Seaport Capital, has finalized its acquisition of CyberlinkASP from Staple Street Capital, a renowned middle-market private equity firm. This deal, funded through Seaport Capital Partners VI, a $240 million private equity fund, marks Seaport’s sixth investment in the fund. Cyberlink, based in Dallas, Texas, is a prominent managed service provider (MSP) specializing in fully-outsourced IT management services for SMB and enterprise customers.

Established in 1999, Cyberlink’s portfolio includes a full spectrum of IT management services, encompassing Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), application hosting, network management, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity. With over 100 hosted applications in public and private cloud environments, Cyberlink’s offerings cater to enterprises across various industries, including regulated sectors like healthcare, legal, and financial services.
