Swedish engineering company Sandvik has wrapped up its previously announced acquisition of Kwatani, a South African supplier of feeders and screens for the mining sector.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal was announced in May 2021,
Kwatani’s portfolio includes screens, fine separators, feeders, and drives.
Its last year’s revenues were around SEK 175 million ($19.34 million).
Sandvik will report Kwatani in its stationary crushing and screening division in Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions.
