Sabre Hospitality, a division of Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a leader in global travel technology, has announced the launch of SynXis Concierge.AI. This innovative solution, which harnesses the power of Generative AI, is set to transform the customer service landscape for hoteliers. Sabre Hospitality will be showcasing this new product and its capabilities at the upcoming HITEC Charlotte event in the USA from June 24-27, 2024.
SynXis Concierge.AI, Sabre Hospitality’s pioneering deployment of Generative AI, leverages the company’s vast data resources to provide immediate, detailed, and accurate responses to customer queries. This technology marks a significant departure from traditional models, where the effectiveness of customer support was heavily reliant on the individual agent’s knowledge and experience.
Initially, SynXis Concierge.AI is being employed by Sabre’s Customer Care and Delivery (CCD) team to enhance the quality of customer interactions across various scenarios, including inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting. The entire CCD team is equipped with this AI tool, poised to revolutionize how customer service is delivered in the hospitality industry.
