Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has taken a significant step in strengthening its leadership by appointing Arjun Baljee as the President of the company. As a co-promoter who has been integral to Royal Orchid since the inception of its first hotel in 2001, Arjun Baljee’s new role is poised to drive the company’s ambitious expansion plans further. Under his earlier leadership, the company witnessed rapid growth, expanding from two to ten hotels in just six years—a key factor in the success of Royal Orchid’s IPO in 2006.
Arjun brings over two decades of diverse experience across real estate, technology, startups, and hospitality. His strategic advisory roles, including his contributions to the Tourism Development Fund of Saudi Arabia, have prepared him well for this leadership transition. Arjun’s comprehensive expertise is expected to bring innovative strategies and robust growth to Royal Orchid.
