Rimkus Consulting acquires consulting firm Loss Management Solutions

Rimkus Consulting Group has acquired Loss Management Solutions, a US-based consulting company that specializes in property restoration, building reconstruction, and remediation oversite consulting.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Loss Management Solutions is said to focus on regulating the costs during all phases of a commercial property loss to ensure that the pricing for all concerned parties is fair and reasonable.

Rimkus Consulting Group is engaged in providing technical consulting and forensic engineering services to clients around the world.

Through the acquisition, Rimkus Consulting Group will create a new practice area in building consulting, thereby further enlarging client services with offerings like remediation oversite, pre- and post-loss assessments, property damage restoration, and others.

Wes Carlton will be the vice president of Rimkus Consulting Group building consulting practice area.
