RIMES Technologies acquires UK-based regtech company EBR Analytics

US-based RIMES Technologies has acquired EBR Analytics, a London-based benchmark regulation (BMR) focused regulatory technology (regtech) company, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition is said to confirm RIMES Technologies’ commitment to invest in catering to the requirements of financial sector companies of addressing business-critical regulatory challenges with advanced, data-centric managed services.

RIMES Technologies, through the acquisition, adds EBR Analytics’ solution to its BMR compliance suite called RIMES RegFocus BMR.

The EBR Analytics brand will fold into RIMES Technologies and its team will continue to operate under the latter’s leadership.

Since 2016, RIMES Technologies has been engaged in RegTech for the buy-side and during this time, EBR Analytics has focused on the sell-side. Through the acquisition, RIMES Technologies will improve its position as one of the top BMR solution provider across the financial services sector.
