Relation Insurance Services acquires South Carolina-based Wills Agency
Relation Insurance Services, an American insurance brokerage that offers risk-management and benefits-consulting services, has acquired the assets of The Wills Agency, based in South Carolina.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Wills Agency serves clients across South Carolina with personal and commercial lines insurance solutions. Its headquarters is in Batesburg.
James Wills, who has been leading Wills Agency will continue to do so as a part of Relation Insurance Services.
