This acquisition significantly bolsters Raptor’s commitment to enhancing school safety by integrating SIGMA’s renowned threat assessment and violence prevention expertise into its offerings.

The incorporation of SIGMA into is set to transform Raptor’s StudentSafe, a cutting-edge threat management software, by integrating advanced and violence prevention strategies. This move aims to strengthen the safety of students, staff, and school environments across the country.

As part of the acquisition, Dr. Marisa Randazzo will join Raptor Technologies as Executive Director of Threat Assessment. Dr. Randazzo brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as Executive Director of Threat Management at Ontic and Chief Research Psychologist with the U.S. Secret Service. She also holds the position of Director of Threat Assessment at Georgetown University.
