Ramkrishna Forgings wins $7m contract to supply engine components

Ramkrishna Forgings said that it has bagged a contract worth over $7 million per annum in the mining and earthmoving segment from an undisclosed engine component manufacturer.

The order is for the supply of engine components.

Ramkrishna Forgings is an India-based supplier of rolled, forged, and machined products.

Lalit Khetan — Executive Director and CFO of Ramkrishna Forgings said: “This order win further substantiates our technical capabilities for Mining & Earthmoving segment. With this order win we are able to further strengthen our presence in this segment and we are very optimistic that this segment will grow with current buoyancy in the sector.

Recently, Ramkrishna Forgings had commenced the serial production of heavy fabrications for the excavator parts at its fabrication plant in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
