RailTel Corporation wins Rs 38.8cr work orders from Indian Railways

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. said that it has bagged a couple of work orders from the Indian Railways, worth INR 38.82 crores.

The orders pertaining to tunnel communication of the Central Railway zone have a completion period of 12 months.

RailTel Corporation of India is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indian Railways. It operates as a neutral telecom infrastructure provider.

Last month, the Indian Railways had won a work order worth INR 16.99 crores from the Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited (CMPDI).

In June, RailTel Corporation of India had won a work order worth INR 89.09 crores from the Indian Air Force (AFNET).
