Radiant Logistics strengthens brokerage platform with TCB Transportation acquisition

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), a leading logistics service provider, has acquired TCB Transportation Associates, LLC, a St. Louis-based intermodal marketing company specialising in 40- and 53-foot container movement solutions across North America. The acquisition, executed via Radiant’s subsidiary Radiant Road & Rail, Inc., is part of a strategic push to expand its intermodal capabilities and enhance its supply chain integration.

Founded in 1999, TCB offers door-to-door service, leveraging relationships with steamship lines, Class I railroads, and an extensive drayage network. Recognised as one of the market leaders in 40-foot container services, TCB serves diverse industries including forestry, food and beverage, metals and mining, and chemicals. Following the acquisition, the company will transition to operate under the Radiant brand by 2025, with founder Jerry Kausch, Jr. remaining at the helm of operations.

Kausch remarked that TCB’s mission has always focused on providing excellent customer service and fostering employee growth. Bohn Crain, CEO of Radiant Logistics, described the acquisition as a critical move to strengthen the company’s bi-modal brokerage platform. With this acquisition, Radiant Logistics reaffirms its commitment to evolving as a technology-enabled logistics service provider.
