Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquires Florida-based Naples Fire Protection

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Naples Fire Protection, a fire protection company based in Bonita Springs, Florida.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, which is an Atlanta-based fire and life safety protection services provider, said that the acquisition enables it to foray into a new area of Florida while boosting its competitive footprint in the state.

Established in 1997, Naples Fire Protection is a fire sprinkler and fire alarm company.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety serves more than 90 locations spread over the Continental US. Recently, Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquired another Florida-based fire protection company in the form of Total LifeSafety and earlier this month, it had snapped up Rapid Fire Protection Group based in South Dakota.
