Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquires Florida-based Naples Fire Protection
Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Naples Fire Protection, a fire protection company based in Bonita Springs, Florida.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, which is an Atlanta-based fire and life safety protection services provider, said that the acquisition enables it to foray into a new area of Florida while boosting its competitive footprint in the state.

“Overall, we are very excited to enter into the Naples metropolitan area—given its robust economy—and to bridge the gap between our Miami and Tampa area offices. Their platform will provide a solid foundation for continued expansion throughout the southeastern part of the country.”

Established in 1997, Naples Fire Protection is a fire sprinkler and fire alarm company.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety serves more than 90 locations spread over the Continental US. Recently, Pye-Barker Fire & Safety acquired another Florida-based fire protection company in the form of Total LifeSafety and earlier this month, it had snapped up Rapid Fire Protection Group based in South Dakota.
