Puravankara pre-launches Lakevista residential project in Chennai

Puravankara Limited, an Indian real estate company, has pre-launched the Lakevista residential project at the Purva Windermere lake-side development in Chennai’s Pallikaranai.

Lakevista, which is situated in the heart of South Chennai, has over 1,000 homes, including 1, 2 and 3 BHK, ranging from 611-1,491sft area.

Apart from being close to various IT parks, markets, malls, educational institutions, super-speciality hospitals, places of worship, and other major social infrastructure, the residential project is part of 55 acres of premium development located near a 58-acre lake.

According to Puravankara, residents of the Lakevista at Purva Windermere project will get a range of amenities that include a couple of clubhouses, over 40 lifestyle amenities, a multipurpose hall, a swimming pool, kids’ play area, landscaped parks, entertainment centre, walking zones, cycling tracks, and community spaces.
