Priority Power Management acquires Texas Power Consultants

Priority Power Management, an energy management services and consulting firm, has acquired Texas Power Consultants (TPC) for an undisclosed price.

Based in Tyler, Texas Power Consultants provides energy advisory and consulting services to electric retail customers across East Texas and beyond.

Through the acquisition, Priority Power Management will be bolstering its portfolio buying power for its customers, and grow its geographic presence into the East Texas region with the addition of the long-time and high-quality client base of Texas Power Consultants.

Furthermore, the deal will boost Priority Power Management’s ability to make use of its deep experience and resources to assist customers through the energy transition, managing energy costs while using technologies like demand response, resiliency, solar, and also batteries for achieving a lower carbon footprint and energy spend.
