PrestigePEO acquires Florida-based PEO StaffLink Outsourcing

New York-based PrestigePEO has acquired rival professional employer organization (PEO) StaffLink Outsourcing based in Florida for an undisclosed price.

StaffLink Outsourcing caters to small businesses and their employees across the US, with an emphasis on those in the Eastern seaboard.

The professional employer organization is said to have a considerable client base in Florida, the Carolinas, Texas, California, and Georgia.

Established in 1997, StaffLink Outsourcing offers small and medium-sized businesses a variety of employee management and human resources (HR) solutions. It is said to have expertise in providing human capital management services such as HR support, payroll, workers’ compensation compliance, and benefits administration among others.

StaffLink Outsourcing serves various industries, with an expertise in catering to the aviation sector.

Through the acquisition, PrestigePEO expects to bring a larger set of PEO services and solutions offering to SMBs across the US.
