American gourmet popcorn producer Popcornopolis has expanded its popcorn flavor portfolio with its Nearly Naked collection and has unveiled a fresh packaging design.
In addition to the original Perfectly Salted flavor, the Nearly Naked line now includes two new flavors – White Cheddar and Jalapeño Lime.
The Nearly Naked collection is available for purchase on the popcorn brand’s website in cases of eight 4.5 oz bags, priced at $27.99. Furthermore, the Nearly Naked Perfectly Salted flavor will be rolling out in Sam’s Club locations nationwide through the end of May, featuring club-sized 14 oz bags priced at $5.98.
Popcornopolis has plans to expand its distribution into additional retailers later this year, starting with select Kroger, Rite Aid, and Walgreens locations.
The Nearly Naked Collection features a modern and vibrant packaging design, showcasing bright colors and captivating imagery. The popcorn offerings in this collection range from 35 to 50 calories per cup and are crafted with carefully selected ingredients. All varieties are made with premium gluten-free and non-GMO popcorn, popped in coconut oil to achieve a delicious “butter-like” taste.
The Nearly Naked Perfectly Salted flavor is made with only a few ingredients. Using rare snow white kernels, the popcorn is popped in coconut oil and lightly seasoned with salt, resulting in a crunchy and buttery flavor experience.
The Nearly Naked White Cheddar Popcorn combines snow-white kernels, coconut oil, and real cheese, delivering a delightful blend of creaminess and tanginess. This flavor provides a light and crispy crunch, taking the cheese experience to new levels of deliciousness.
The Nearly Naked Jalapeño Lime Popcorn offers a zesty flavor combination with snow white kernels, coconut oil, real jalapeños, and lime, resulting in a fusion of flavors that is both spicy and tangy.
Daniela Simpson — Popcornopolis Chief Marketing Officer said: “We are thrilled to be expanding on our Nearly Naked line, bringing unforgettable popcorn flavor combinations to the popcorn space and continuing our mission of bringing consumers joy with every bite.
“As we strive to meet the needs of modern consumers, we are excited to introduce a new look, while creating delicious flavors and using the same high-quality ingredients that our consumers have come to love.”
Popcornopolis became a part of Barcel USA, the American snack division of Mexican bakery product manufacturing company Grupo Bimbo in 2021.
