PNC Infratech signs agreements with NHAI for Rs 1,623cr highway projects
PNC Infratech Limited, through its special purpose vehicles (SPVs), has signed concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for executing a couple of hybrid annuity mode (HAM) projects in Uttar Pradesh with a total bid project cost of INR 1,623 crores.
One of its SPVs — Yamuna Highways Private Limited will execute the 32.98km long four laning of NH 530B from Mathura Bypass to Gaju Village (Package-1B). The bid project cost is INR 885 crores.
Another SPV, Hathras Highways Private Limited will be responsible for the 33.02km long four laning of NH 530B from Gaju Village to Devinagar Bypass (Package-1C).
PNC Infratech Limited said that the highway projects have to be executed in 24 months after the declaration of appointed dates. The Indian construction engineering company will be the operator of the two projects for 15 years, after their construction.
Recently, PNC Infratech Limited signed concession agreements with the NHAI for executing the Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway projects.
