Indian retail mall developer Phoenix Mills Limited (PML) has inaugurated the Phoenix Citadel mall in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Located at MR 10 Junction, the Phoenix Citadel shopping mall has been built by Phoenix Mills Limited in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) under their first joint venture.
Built over 19 acres of land, the new shopping mall in Indore has a gross leasable area of 10 lakh sft to serve as a fashion and family entertainment destination.
Phoenix Citadel shopping is anchored by brand stores such as Marks & Spencer, Lifestyle, H&M, West Side, Shoppers Stop, Home Centre, and others. It is expected to house new flagship concept stores such as Armani Exchange, Bath & Body Works Adidas, Skechers, Puma, and Iconic.
According to Phoenix Mills Limited, the Phoenix Citadel mall in Indore has more than 75 dining options and has a seating capacity of over 650 at its food court.
It also has an eight-screen INOX multiplex, a selfie park called Clicktra, Time Zone entertainment centre, Fun City indoor amusement destination, and a courtyard outside the mall for hosting big spike live events.
