Pernod Ricard rolls out caviar-infused vodka – L’Orbe Vodka x Caviar
French alcoholic beverage giant Pernod Ricard has introduced L’Orbe Vodka x Caviar, which it claims is the first vodka that has been naturally infused with caviar.
The caviar infused vodka is said to have been launched after a five-year research and development process. the beverage firm has created a new selection of white spirits. The white spirits by L’Orbe brand are produced using its encapsulation technology that blends natural alcohols and ingredients.
Also, the brand’s technology is designed and developed in such a way that it blends a combination of ingredients which enables in improving the intensity and complexity of white spirits without impacting the ageing process.
According to L’Orbe, its infusion method has the potential to preserve the integrity of the ingredients without any usage of additives, chemical stabilization or aromatization methods.

To create Vodka x Caviar, L’Orbe combined Dankowski Diamond rye vodka with spicy and soft notes and a Royal Baeri caviar, which has a creamy texture and buttery notes.
The vodka variant, developed by Pernod Ricard’s Breakthrough Innovation Group has a combination of buttery and nutty notes alongside a fresh taste of the sea.
Additionally, Vodka x Caviar comes in complex and potent flavors to boost the individual characteristics of the two ingredients.
L’Orbe Vodka x Caviar is available for purchase at French liquor shop La Maison du Whisky for €135 and at British department store chain Fortnum & Mason for £115.
