PartnerHero acquires AI-powered conversation analytics platform Summatti

PartnerHero, a customer operations outsourcing company, has acquired Canada-based conversation intelligence platform Summatti for an undisclosed price.

Summatti, which is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, with its artificial intelligence (AI) driven platform enables customer experience teams to automate the process of reviewing conversations and surface real-time insights.

The company’s founders Sid Bhambhani and Rashmi Bhambhani will join PartnerHero.

Piras Thiyagarajan — PartnerHero chief digital officer said: “The customer support industry has focused a lot on how AI can replicate and replace the work agents do.

“We think AI can augment and enhance how humans interact with one another. We will use Summatti’s conversation analytics capabilities to expose customer insights and influence business health in a way that hasn’t been broadly accessible before.”
