OSA Insurance Brokerage Services acquired by Hub International

Hub International has acquired O&S Insurance Brokerage Group and OSA Insurance Brokerage Services (together called OSA Insurance Brokerage Services) for an undisclosed price.

OSA Insurance Brokerage Services, which has offices in New York and New Jersey, is engaged in providing commercial insurance services for real estate industry clients.

The company’s clients include real estate owners, contractors, developers, management firms, and condominium/co-op.

OSA Insurance Brokerage Services Managing Partner Max Osa and the company’s team will join Hub Northeast.
