Norwood Systems wins communications solution contract from Infosys

Norwood Systems, an -based Communications as a Service provider has bagged a new contract from Indian IT company Infosys to provide a proof-of-concept communications solution to the latter’s client which is an Australian Tier 1 telecommunications operator (telco).

The contract is worth around AUD 180,000. It is the second contract for from Infosys in the space of a little over three weeks.

According to Norwood Systems, the latest contract calls for an end-client and application focus which will showcase its (AI) capabilities for advanced call management applications.

The contract is slated to be wrapped up by mid-July this year.

Norwood Systems’ first contract with Infosys is for executing a new technology development and SaaS services supply project for a European client. The contract is worth around AUD 170,000 with the possibility for additional revenue in the long-term owing to the subscription-based nature of the solution.
