NFP acquires Bentley Insurance Services in Staffordshire, UK

US-based insurance brokerage NFP has acquired Mason James Insurance Services (doing business as Bentley Insurance Services), an insurance broker in Staffordshire, UK.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Since 1922, Bentley Insurance Services has been providing complex commercial and personal insurance solutions. Its managing director Mike Rostron will join the commercial insurance leadership team of NFP in the UK and continue to drive the growth of the company in Staffordshire and beyond.
