Max Estates announces completion of Phase 2 of Max House in Okhla

Phase 1 of Max House, delivered in 2020, is fully leased, hosting marquee tenants such as Samsung Electronics, Target, Nykaa Fashion, Dhampur Sugar Mills, DSK Legal, and Religare Enterprises. Approximately 54% of Phase 2’s total leasable area has already been pre-leased, commanding a premium of 25%-30% over other Grade A developments in the micro-market. The company is optimistic about achieving full leasing within a year of receiving the Completion Cum Occupancy Certificate.
