Mastek to enhance data cloud services with acquisition of BizAnalytica

Mastek, an Indian digital engineering and cloud transformation company, announced today a definitive agreement to acquire Boston-based BizAnalytica, a top-tier data cloud and modernization solutions provider.

This strategic move will significantly augment Mastek‘s global data cloud services and generative AI capabilities, while also adding a talented roster of qualified data architects and scientists to the team.

BizAnalytica, founded in 2017, is known for delivering end-to-end data cloud and modernization solutions including architectural design, system integration, data migration, automation, management, warehousing, and analytics.
