Mahindra & Mahindra releases statement on suspect batch of Pikup vehicles

Mahindra & Mahindra said that it will offer proactive inspection and replacement of a fluid pipe in certain Pikup vehicles it had manufactured between January 2020 and February 2021 due to suspected wrong assembly.

The Indian tractor manufacturer said that the suspicion pertains to a batch of 29,878 vehicles and its decision aligns with its customer-centric approach.

According to Mahindra & Mahindra, the inspection and subsequent rectification of the Pikup vehicles will be done free of cost for all customers, who will be contacted individually by the company.
