Mahindra & Mahindra launches solar distribution unit – Mahindra Solarize

Mahindra & Mahindra has launched a new subsidiary called Mahindra Solarize Private Limited for undertaking solar distribution business, which has been incorporated in Mumbai.

Mahindra Solarize will be a fully-owned subsidiary of renewable energy company – Mahindra Susten Private Limited, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings Limited.

Mahindra Solarize will be engaged in distributed energy business such as rooftop solar installation for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The company will also focus on the business of solar water pump along with other renewable energy-based products, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).
