These properties, to operate under IHCL’s Gateway and Ginger brands, promise to bring world-class amenities and elevate Ludhiana’s position as a sought-after destination for business and leisure travelers.

Hampton Sky Realty has entered into agreements with IHCL and its subsidiary, Roots Corporation Limited (RCL). The collaboration includes a Hotel Management Agreement (HMA), a Technical Services Agreement (TSA), and a Lease Agreement. Under these agreements, Hampton Sky Realty will oversee the construction of two properties on its land along the Ludhiana-Chandigarh highway in Mangli Nichhi, Punjab.

The Gateway hotel will be developed as an upscale property, offering luxurious amenities such as all-day dining options, specialty restaurants, banquet halls, a gym, and a swimming pool. This development positions IHCL’s Gateway brand as a landmark in the , catering to discerning travelers.

Simultaneously, a second property under the Ginger brand will feature approximately 100 guest rooms, a restaurant, a fitness center, and recreational facilities. Upon completion, the property will be leased to RCL, further solidifying IHCL’s footprint in the region.
