LubeZone acquires mobile truck services provider All Star Truck Repair
LubeZone, a US truck service company, has acquired All Star Truck Repair, based in Houston, Texas, for an undisclosed price.
According to LubeZone, the acquisition will help in bolstering its footprint in the Houston market. Besides, it will grow its service offerings for fleet partners and also drive up customers with heavy-duty trucks.
All Star Truck Repair is said to use its fleet of trucks to cater to customers at their locations, thereby saving their time and money. The company will continue to operate under its existing name despite the change in ownership.
The company’s service offerings include full scale mechanical repair, mobile mechanical repair and preventative maintenance, and delivery of parts directly to customer sites.
All Star Truck Repair is also engaged in operating a heavy-duty truck and trailer parts storefront which is said to offer a broad selection of parts for drivers.
Over the next several months, LubeZone plans to grow further into the new arena, and will look for other add-on opportunities across the country in the mobile truck services space.
Glenn Sherburne – CEO of LubeZone said: “Our vision of becoming a fully integrated commercial truck service organization that can service our customers coast-to-coast has taken a major step forward with the addition of All Star Truck Services Corp.”
