LTIMindtree and Eurolife FFH announce Gen AI hub in Athens

LTIMindtree, a prominent global technology consulting and digital solutions firm, and Eurolife FFH, a leading insurance company based in Athens, Greece, have announced a groundbreaking collaboration. This partnership, powered by Fairfax Digital Services, aims to establish a first-of-its-kind Gen AI and Digital Hub in Athens, alongside dedicated facilities in Poland, Europe, and Mumbai, India. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed in the esteemed presence of Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Prime Minister of Greece, underscoring the strategic importance of this initiative not only for the companies involved but also for the technology and startup ecosystem in Greece and beyond.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in leveraging advanced technology to foster innovation across various sectors, including insurance, banking, shipping, and manufacturing. The Gen AI and Digital Hub in Athens, supported by LTIMindtree’s deep domain expertise and resources from its facilities in Poland and Mumbai, aims to develop cutting-edge solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

The announcement aligns with the Government of India’s “Anusandhan” scheme, which seeks to catalyze innovation and research within the technology and startup ecosystem. This international partnership between Greece and India exemplifies the global drive towards embracing generative AI and digital transformation to solve contemporary challenges in business and society.
