L&T Technology Services allots nearly 2.6 lakh shares to employees

L&T Technology Services Limited said that it has allotted nearly 2.6 lakh equity shares today of a face value of INR 2 to those grantees who had exercised their vested stock options under the firm’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016.

The shares will rank pari- passu with the existing share of the firm in all respects.

L&T Technology Services, which is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, is an engineering services company. It is a subsidiary of Indian conglomerate Larsen & Toubro.

Recently, Larsen & Toubro entered into the area of virtual learning through the launch of L&T EduTech, a technology-driven, industry-led, application-based educational platform.
