The newly established technology hub, located at Tek Meadows IT Park in the Old Mahabalipuram Road, will play a crucial role in accelerating the development of IMMO’s proprietary technology platform, enabling the company to scale its business globally.

The hub, which began its operations last year, is experiencing rapid growth and currently employs 50 professionals specializing in engineering, product development, and support functions. The team at the Technology Hub focuses on key areas such as business intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

To spearhead the operations and growth of the technology hub, IMMO has appointed Shanmugam (Shan) Nagappan as the Managing Director for India. Nagappan brings a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having previously served as the COO at Replicon India, Country Leader for OEC, and Managing Director (India) at Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions.

His expertise lies in setting up and expanding technology and global operations hubs across multiple cities in India.
