Larsen & Toubro secures EPC orders worth Rs 1,000-2,500cr in India

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Construction’s buildings and factories (B&F) Business recently announced the successful acquisition of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) orders in India, totaling between INR 1,000 to 2,500 crores.

The business has been awarded orders from a reputable developer to undertake the construction of commercial towers at two different locations in Mumbai. The project scope entails the construction of four-level basements along with two towers consisting of 70 floors and 50 floors respectively.

The combined built-up area (BUA) for these towers will reach an impressive 3.4 million square feet. The completion timeline for this project is set at forty months.

Additionally, the B&F business has secured another project that involves the construction of two towers, each spanning 19 floors. The combined BUA for these towers will amount to 5.1 million square feet. The project is expected to be completed within a period of thirty-five months.
