Larsen & Toubro Construction secures multifaceted orders worth Rs 2,500-5,000cr

Larsen & Toubro L&T Construction, a stalwart in the infrastructure and construction sector, has announced a significant achievement. Its Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has secured multiple high-value orders, both domestically and internationally, marking a robust entry into diverse markets. These orders, ranging between Rs 2,500 to 5,000 crores, underscore the company’s expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions.

A highlight of these wins is the contract awarded by the Ministry of Health, Sultanate of Oman, for the construction of the Al Namaa General Hospital. This 165-bed hospital project involves comprehensive construction services, including civil structures, medical equipment installation, and external development, set to be completed within 30 months.

On the domestic front, L&T Construction has been entrusted with the prestigious task of constructing the Maa Kamakhya Temple Access Corridor in Assam, a project commissioned by the Assam PWD. This turnkey project involves the creation of a multi-utility building, pilgrim management block, and other critical structures, enhancing the temple’s accessibility and facilities.

Further solidifying its position in the industrial sector, L&T has also secured orders for the construction of a polymer manufacturing plant for a leading paint manufacturing company and a solar glass manufacturing plant, both in Gujarat. These projects encompass civil, structural, and architectural works, highlighting L&T’s diverse capabilities in executing complex industrial projects.

These orders represent not just significant revenue streams for L&T Construction but also affirm its status as a preferred partner for critical infrastructure projects globally. The variety of projects, from healthcare facilities and religious sites to industrial plants, showcases L&T’s versatility and engineering excellence.
