KIMS Hospital Bengaluru Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS), has secured a 25-year lease for the land and building from PES. Moreover, KIMS has entered into an exclusive management agreement with PES to oversee the proposed hospital unit’s operations, ensuring that it adheres to the highest standards of healthcare delivery.

Under the management agreement, KIMS will handle all aspects of the hospital’s operations, including billing and revenue collection, incurring operational expenses, and retaining all net profits generated annually.
