US-based Kepro has acquired eQHealth Solutions for an undisclosed price in a move to expand and bolster its population health management and technology solutions portfolio.

Based in Louisiana, eQHealth Solutions is a population health management and technology solutions company. Founded in 1986, the company has been engaged in enhancing healthcare quality and cutting down costs with the help of innovative technology, population health management solutions, and medical management services.

eQHealth Solutions’ offerings are eQSuite, a cloud-based, SaaS technology coupled with a community-based services solution called eQCare.
