Jio subsidiary Radisys acquires Mimosa Networks to bolster open telecom solutions

Radisys Corporation, a prominent player in open telecom solutions and subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited, announced its successful acquisition of Mimosa Networks, Inc. from Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. (NYSE American: MIMO).

With the acquisition, Radisys fortifies its market positioning. Mimosa brings to the table a comprehensive array of point-to-point and point-to-multi-point connectivity solutions that utilize unlicensed spectrum bands. This acquisition underscores a significant stride towards the expeditious deployment of multi-gigabit-per-second Fixed Wireless Access networks and advanced wireless backhaul connectivity in telecom systems.
