Integrity acquires Advanced Market Sales to boost retirement planning offerings

Integrity Marketing Group, a US-based life and health insurance products distributor, has acquired Advanced Market Sales (AMS) for an undisclosed price in a move to boost its retirement planning offerings.

Headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Advanced Market Sales is an independent insurance marketing organization.

The company’s president – Sean Ruggiero will continue to head the organization and will also become a managing partner at Integrity Marketing Group.

Sean Ruggiero said: “Joining forces with Integrity takes what we’re already doing and increases it tenfold by putting best-in-class resources at our disposal.

“I’ve learned that you have to surround yourself with great teammates in order to get to that next level. I still have so much I want to achieve, and I have no doubt Integrity is the catalyst to magnify every aspect of our business.”

Sean Ruggiero, who after seeing many Americans struggle to make preparations for retirement, forayed into the insurance industry in 2003. Currently, Advanced Market Sales is said to give training and mentoring to over 20,000 agents to assist in annuities, life insurance, and other financial planning.

By integrating its parent firm’s online quoting, enrolment, and complete capabilities in customer relationship management, Advanced Market Sales will be able to provide valuable technology solutions to help their agents.
