Inszone Insurance acquires California-based Stromsoe Insurance Agency

Inszone Insurance Services, a US-based provider of benefits, personal, and commercial lines insurance, has acquired Stromsoe Insurance Agency, for an undisclosed price.

Founded in the late 1990s by Mike Stromsoe, Stromsoe Insurance Agency, which is based in California, offers personal and commercial insurance programs.

Its acquisition marks the 19th acquisition of Inszone Insurance Services in California and its second in in the city of Temecula.

As part of the deal, the staff of Stromsoe Insurance Agency will continue to be based at the existing Temecula location. They will work under Jennifer Rasmussen and Jennifer Sevilla, said Inszone Insurance Services.
